What is included in the registration fee?
Your registration includes access to all conference sessions, daily breakfast and lunch, coffee breaks, networking events, conference materials, digital proceedings, and a swag bag.
Can I get a refund if I can't attend?
Full refunds are available until October 1, 2013. After this date, a 50% refund is available until one week before the conference. No refunds are available within one week of the event.
Is there a dress code for the conference?
Business casual attire is recommended for the conference. The evening networking events may be slightly more formal, but a suit is not required.
Are there accommodations for international attendees?
Yes, we can provide invitation letters for visa applications. We also have partnerships with local hotels for discounted rates. Contact us for assistance with travel arrangements.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, bank transfers, and corporate purchase orders. Payment instructions will be provided after registration.
